my new Computer

after a long time with my old PC i build a new System and i must say i have pay less money ( compare to the old PC ) and have much more power

T4300 dual core @ 1800
2 GB Ram ( 39 € per GB :) )
a new HD, and Motherboard .


its 4 times faster as my old sempron 2400 system .
(cpu testet with a blitzprogramm :) )

6 time faster @ ovcl. cpu @ 2.4 Ghz @ 38 °C <---- wow


windows works fine, but my coffeetimes are now over ;)

i hope i have some time to use blitz / Max .

last week we make the second place in our Country Challenge in Match Angling.

39 euro per GB? Clearly not the best quality or lowest latency RAM in the world :)

If only our productivity was increased as much as the processing speed.

Is 2.4ghz the max you can overclock that processor? Is that a C2D or a single core?

Have you run some memory benchmarks?

its a c2d and the 2.4 Ghz is ovcl. from standard 1.8 GHZ

Yes, that is exactly what Ash said in Alien. And it is about as creepy as using "Access" and "database" in one sentence. Or entrusting one gigabyte of data to Microsoft Access. That thought is creepier than spending a night on the Alien mothership...
