New windows

Hey, has anyone made an add-in that lets Blitz3D users create new 'pop-up' windows? Is this possible?

I know it's probably too late too reply to this post buuuuuutttttt, I could make that for you right now, in.....let's see.....seven minuits. Would you like a command in Blitz3D/BlitzBasic that would let you do that??
