I haven't tried it. But i read some articles on them how they're switching from Lisp to Erlang for the server code.

I was playing it last night, its really polished (first impression) and looks very reminiscent of the elite-frontier games except its an MMO

Dunno how much it will be to play after the first 30hours tho :/

Its a nice game but the last time I played the community was very small, so you get the distinct feeling that the space, has erm a lot of emtpy space in it if you know what I mean, You do see other people but not many. kinda hard to tell if your playing an mmo or just a normal 80 man server.
