I'm searching something that can publish e-NewsLetters or something with automated system to get user registration, managemant, and sending mail newsletters, but googled nothing working under php environment.
Will it get considered as SPAM machine so no-one make this public?
There are quite a few mailing list programs. Popular choices seem to be ezmlm and GNU Mailman.
