Laptop Upgrade

Hi this is a question for anyone who know alot about laptops. I have a Dell Latitude C510/C610 (not sure wat that means) Does anyone know if its possible to install it a new video card or am stuck with the the same crappy slow one? thnx

Probably not, my laptop which is an ASUS can have additional memory for the vid card added but I don't think it is altogether easy to change the vid card in a laptop.
