Bored of GUI

Hello, I'm bored out of my mind on GUI. I want to try to make
a game, but my knowledge of type's is trivial. I also am not sure if I should fiddle 'round with GUI for a while before approaching games, but a project of mine was recently terminated- due to some misunderstandings on this site.
What to do!?

What Blitz language?

Blitz Plus, I'm not going to Blitz Max or Blitz 3D for sometime.
I'm basically stumped on the following:
For/Each/Next
Types
somewhat on CreateImage(), but mainly on how to use it for
an image in a type.

My advice is just play around with Blitz. Take a look at some of the demos, fiddle around with them etc. Copy some of the basic examples from the manual, e.g: Types, play with them, then come back here with any specific questions you have.

Trying to take on something too big before you know the language will just put you off.

I do know the language though. I'm a GUI expert now, its just GUI is pretty boring... but I'm going to start another
project even though my later one was demolished by CS_TBL.

siopses, why don't you count/sum the time I've spent on explaining things to you, even after I've seen you do the same things wrong 10x after I'd explained them 10x. I'm happy to explain things another 10x, but then I suggest you to pipe down a little bit.. hmkay?

Whats a GUI expert. Is that someone who knows how to click buttons? If so FPSC is a reasonable thing to start playing with

Thanks, but I didn't need the quote, nor any more specifics, as I've been following the other thread(s) on the subject and I think CS_TBL has been remarkably helpful and patient in helping you as much as he has. To put it as politely as I can, I think he deserved more than a kick in the teeth for all that time he's given you.

Yes, I had just read the other thread. It's rare to see people apologize so I'm fairly impressed. I think it highly improbable that anyone hated you either way, but they'll likely have a higher opinion of you now.
