Do my domains resolve for you?
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/Do my domains resolve for you?
I've gone and purchased some .vg domains, with the hope that one day .vg means (Video Game).
Please let me know where in the world you are and if these domains resolve for you.

Not far up the road from you. ( Hampshire. )
Yeah and as you know I'm pretty close too. So is MyBFG working out for you then?

I don't think that .ws (western samoa) ever caught on as "website", nor did .sr (surinam) make it as 'senior', despite all the marketing efforts.
Unfortunately the alternative TLD's just aren't well known enough for people to remember most addresses.
All worked for me - United States of Brazil.
All five work fine here in Alabama, USA.
All fine. But then, I'm in the UK too.
Ontario, Canada, all worked fine here.
But anyhow, aside from .com, .net, .ca, .co.nz, I really don't see any reason to host a domain under anything other. ><
(my opinion, but I really can't see anything obscure like that catching on unless a lot of major players decide to take that route also)
Yep, me from County Durham (UK)
Dabz
Yep. I'm kinda used to them dissolving too. ;P
All working here : Northern Ireland.
Let's just hope that the TLD does not get well know for it's actual use > British Virgin Islands.
Works here in Sweden
All fine here - Using OpenDNS
They should work for everyone -- DNS path of authority resolves like it should:
C:\>dig +trace casual.vg

Yup, all fine for me, UK / Nildram.
Checked them via OpenDNS too.
Thanks everyone.
@Jake, PNP has only been live for about 5 days and I've not marketed the sites apart from link from pjio.com. The PNP thing is really an experiment to see if it can actually work how they say. I've made a few bucks though.
OK thanks.
All works here, surrounded by EU, switzerland.
Tho: the layout is messed up in my browser, parts of the left margin are missing (title "cial games" instead of "social games")
They do
Indie, do you think spreading your time between 6 different gaming sites is wise? Some are bound to suffer imo.
Also, what does .vg stand for?

I don't! All the .vg sites are affiliated to BigFish and pull the game information automatically - I just collect a cheque each month and have no other input.
.vg is the TLD for the British Virgin Islands.
Ah ok, the extra sites seem a bit lifeless, no personality. Cookie cutter. Just an observation. That's what I was getting at I guess.
