.exe icons

I'm just curious on how you would change the .exe icon
of your program. Does anyone know how?

I recently enjoyed the combo of Falco Icon Studio and Resource Hacker. Icon Forge used to be cool but I think I dig my new combo better.

What about for the icon on windows in the windowed mode? i noticed its different then that standard "Rocket" thing... (Sorry for the question on your thread, just was better then spamming with my own thread.)
