In Mozilla the article is left aligned, in Opera it's center aligned.
About the design, can't argue about taste but I do not like it, too much purple and blinking going on.

its only a template will have several to choose from once completed
looks fine in FF on Linux (unless its supposed to start singing and dancing :)

Edit: checked again in FirefoX/IE on my windows PC looks the same.

Looking fine in Vista/IE7/large fonts on, except for the bottom left hand corner, which is obviously no big deal, just a little out of place =]
