Not bad, but i actually did something similar going on 4 or 5 years back when the verlet code first appeared. I have it lying on my drive somewhere :)
Heh, you can even jump in it! Dukes of Hazzards style! Looks good but could use some shadowing....
It seems way too fast to me - if the overall speed were slowed down to half of perhaps less it could be really good fun, but on my PC it's so fast it's undriveable.
Reminds me of Carmageddon2, especially the jump thing and the underwater bits. Add some peds and other racers and it could be a brilliant retro-style game.

It's very nice, but like Vorderman says, it's way too fast to be fun at the moment. Slow it down by half and yeah, that could be very enjoyable.
