[Bmax] little changes

This is not the greatest thing in the world I suppose, but I've done a little javascript to modify the BlitzMax help.
Download and decompress the archive in the /DOC folder
(*** WARNING : make a copy of the original index.html file ***)
I've added a 'COMMANDS' link to the main page that allow to choose the commands-help by letters...I found it faster than the side-bar...(at last for me!)

I'm working on a 'search' button...


PS: the commands shown are from my installation (BlitzMax+MaxGUI) so some commands cannot be found everywhere.
When I clean up the code, I will release the .exe to update this javascript.

PPS: I just realized that there something like this called HotDocs...well mine is free.

I think you'll find HotDocs is much more than that.

Well, I've added a 'search' button to find faster a command, and the program to build the commands database.
I installed HotDocs and yes it is great.
