attn: BRL, full B+ install in account?

BMax can be fully installed anywhere where there's internet. Why not B+ (and prolly B3d too)? For B+, there're only updates which aren't worth anything if there isn't a B+ installation to update.
In this particular case I'm remote, only carrying my notebook. While I basically haven't been using B+ since I acquired BMax/gui, it could come in handy to test solutions for the B+ forum.

Why don't you just use the existing installer which you sensibly made a backup of when you bought it? ;)

Having downloads for all products is a bandwidth killer. This is the reason why most, if not all companies, ask you if you would like to pay a fee and have access to your downloaded software for an extended period eg. 1 year.

BRL host all the updates including previous ones and if they were to host the full install file also it would probably put a drain on the server and its bandwidth.

Last I checked B3d does work straight from update (with no previous installation) since it includes the bare (and I mean *bare*) essentials to running yer code.

Well, services like Steam allow downloading on multiple systems, and that's aside from the fact said games on their services run a good gig or four.

I think you'll find a PS game is vastly bigger than the B+ / B3D download. Stop being silly ;)

As the question stated the full BMax installer is available, CS_TBL's question is a valid one as to why the installers are not available for the others.

If BRL are worried about bandwidth perhaps they could set up a system to allow 3 full installer downloads per year and after that they have to email BRL for anymore.

Also, note that I can leech 5 B+ updates 1.40 - 1.44 . If data traffic was such a problem then all these updates wouldn't be here either. So, what would be simpler than just get rid of update 1.40 for sake of 'who cares anyway', and replace it with an installer?
