Blitz 3D programming manual

Anyone know if this book has any more than the 'digital content', or it it simply a paper version?

I've not read it, but others say it seems to cover Blitz3D pretty well.

Am I missing a link on that page?

Oh, to clarify this is not a copy of the 'digital content' - there are additional introductions/examples/info. Most of the command parameter stuff will be as per the 'digital content' - there does to be some additional info though.
