Problem with gile[s] and Panorama

Blitz3D Forums/Blitz3D Programming/Problem with gile[s] and Panorama

Hi all,
I don't know if somebody has tried to lightmapping with
gile[s] a terrain with tex splatting created with Jeppe Nielsen's Panorama..

The problem is when I try to do that, a terrain of 1x1 tiles and each tile of 64x64, with 4 textures, gile[s] load it but
when it is calculating the lightmap, suddenly gives the error "Stack Overflow", and it crash.

I've tried it with more and less textures but gile[s] continues giving that error...

Please some idea?

Thanks in advance.

.what version of Giles you using? Latest version is a bit buggy so i switch back to 1.31a, and things was just great...I'm waiting new update since latest one really making me tired..

I'm running with 1.36, I guess is the last...
but... How I can to go back with this version??
Where could I download the 1.31a?????
I've taking a quick look at the download sections of gile[s] website and it seems to have just the program and the update to 1.36...

regards!

1.36 is the latest one....but I'm keeping all previous version installers...1.36 have some weird issues with camera, light markers(range) etc..so i drop it out and went back to 1.31a whats working just great, until fredborg fix up new update (he mentioned this month should be some updates, far as i can remember)

try different packing options, flat packing seems to work best for terrains
