They have not changed the UK site:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/ I find the new layout superior over the old one, as well as the look, a lot cleaner, not to mention a drop-down navigation menu.
I think both interfaces suck.
Gotta go with (Wii)Genexi2, the new layout is a whole lot easier to navigate than the last.
As the site grew so did the clutter, now you don't have to constantly scroll up and down to navigate the site.
Europe is always getting things 6 months later. ;)

They have dropped the .com site - it now refers to the .co.uk one.
"puki" is the winner.
Its good I think but it needs some time till you get used.
Still better than chaostech erm anandtech who seem to have hired the old yahoo webmaster, that just put all crap vice versa mixed on a single page.
I still refuse to use anything I don't instantly 'get' the first time I see it.
To clearify. I see lots of potential things to do, but nothing that screems "Look at me, I am the main function of this site." So I am forced to 'click around' to discover what I can use the site for. I won't bother, so I guess I'll never know.
