I'm sure he's right on it, what with the MASSIVE sales potential, and all. :P

j/k

That's cold man. Cold. :o)

gp2x has sold 30,000 units in the UK, a nice easy to use language would probably sell well.
It benefits from not making you a criminal if you want to program it, unlike the GBA etc.

Well at this point just make something to compile Bmax to java-for-mobile (or whatever...): there are MILLIONS of java-enabled telephone, more than Gp2x I think.

Skidracer did mention before if anyone is interested in buying BMax support/Module for GP2X hence my post :)

I'd be more intersted in having a BlitzMax to Java compiler, though I do have a GP2X.

I want ARM support first ...

BlitzMax to XNA compiling ftw -.-

How about .bmx->.cil->.mono->.arm?

If linux is running on gp2x I wouldn't be too suprised if the mono arm project isn't too far away.

How about .bmx->.cil->.mono->.arm?

Seriously? I have no interest in .arm but the .cli and .mono sounds droolworthy. I'd pay for that.

Oh yeh, let's start paying monthly fees to develop what we're doing now for free.

@The ho...: Get yourself some information. You just need to pay to be able to deploy your game on the XBox 360. You can develop and test on (and publish for) your PC for free -.-

@skidracer
Should this be a JIT compiled thing then?

@Kudos, I can do that right now with other tools. What's the point?

To be able to get your game running on the 360 once you've developed and tested it on the PC. Without having to rewrite the whole stuff using a different graphics API and/or programming language.
