Good question, and one a lot of you have been emailing me to ask.

Phase 2 integration and development is taking me a little longer than anticipated (yes, it's still just me doing it), there are a number of factors including getting married in 7 weeks time and meeting with investors to ensure the funds are in place to establish the site properly.

Phase 1 did the job it was supposed to, ie. gain real interest from major corporates and investors - it was never the final site. The site had to be taken down - sorry.

So please bear with me, the new site is functional if you wanna play with it. Drop me an email if you would like the URL and the new version of igL.

Reasonable or a bunch of shite?

Pretty decent overall, although the only thing that seems a tad odd to me is the colorscheme itself.

The colors were chosen for a more female appeal - lots of pastels and no hard contrasts.

avoid pink though. Despite it being associated with women, many find it "sterotypical".

Much better than before, I think you might have hit the nail on the head with the whole gamers/game maker social networking thing.

The colour-scheme will certainly appeal to your female demographic, but are you excluding others in the process? Maybe it's the untapped niche that you're aiming for, but a more neutral colour would feel more inclusive (to me anyway).

I just think a site with social networking+casual games will appeal to women anyway, does it need to wear a frock? :P

I'll be signing up again, and adding games, cos I'd like to see it succeed, and I'm sure it will. :)
