Win32MaxGui 1.32 is out!

Hi!

ModuleInfo "History: 1.32 Release"
ModuleInfo "History: Fixed ToolBar clipping to original group width"
ModuleInfo "History: Fixed ComboBox.GetText problem with empty strings"

Use syncmods to get it!

I'm wondering why this release was made:
Thought the priorities were on the new beta version of the gui?!?

- Also, bugs reported months ago still haven't been fixed! :/

if you look in the maxgui bug reports section, you will see that quite a few non-win32 bug fixes have also been made. Presumably the few in the win32 side are those where there was overlap...
