3-D War strategy game

I just wanted to know if any of you 3-D programmers have
made a 3-D war strategy game. I'm not going 3-D yet so I just wanted to know if any of you guys have already.

I remember a game called "Master of Defense" which ended up on Game Tunnel's 2006 top 10 strategy games of the year..

It's not 3D but Defcon is awesome.

The best 3D wargames are Combat Mission. Not done in blitz though.

I'm most curious to check out how you've done the tiling and overlays, get a few ideas for something similar I'll be doing in my project ;)
