Info - B3D manual has breached the 1K barrier

The brand new, PRINTED, Blitz3D Programming Manual ( www.lulu.com/content/388950 ) has made it into a 3 digit Sales Rank.

I just looked and it said:
Lulu Sales Rank: 986

So 986 = >1K? :)

If that's our criteria then I have to say it's great to see it break that 5K barrier! Go team!

No its the position in the sale charts I think. It started much higher and as sales have increased then it has progressed up the chart, last week it was was 1000+ now its sub 1,000.

It's original ranking (at the point I noted it) was 20,471 it has crept up the rankings over the past 2 months.

Yesterday we were at 910 - today 588.

How can it drop by over 300 overnight?

Must have been a rush to buy it. Maybe Blitz is in schools or something like that - some kind of bulk purchase.

Oh, those are daily figures then? Somehow I thought 1k was a little low for total manual purchases...

It's a sales rank - a bit like song charts - ie the more a song sells, the more it moves up (really down) the charts to the number 1 spot.

Basically, it is 588th place in the current sales rank.

Or they just don't update their sales figures very often.

Ah, actually - I just rechecked the rankings and it has fallen back down the list:

Lulu Sales Rank: 657.

Still, it remains a big jump from 910.
