DDS and PSD browser for windows

Hi, does anyone know a tool with which one can easily browse through large directories of DDS and PSD files and see the image and the parameters for the DDS quickly?

Can i browse with IrfanView beside of stepping through a folder image by image?

For browsing i've found quite a few in the meantime like xnview, nvidias texture viewer, ddsview and so on but i wasn't able to get a quick info on the compression without looking at the properties.

And for mac, well...

Xnview is the best I've tried. A bit more intuitive than infran view. Kind of like ACDSEE before it got bloated with various image manipulation tools.

Yeah i also found it the best so far but it crashed twice on me. Sadly there's no OSX version around...
