MouseClick Simulation

Hi, It's my first post here, so Hello all :)
I've been doing some C++ and Java programming before I stumbled on this language :)

Anyway, I want so simulate a Mouse Click, I've done some searching on the forums and found Auto IT. But the Mouse clicking function does not seem to work there, Also I found some Windows API call but that didn't work out either.. So if you have any clue on how to solve my problem, please help me out :)
