I'm having my own New Year party!!!

New Year is always a lonely time for me - I just sit in my room and play on the computer or something. I never celebrate New Year - never been to a New Year party.

Anyway, I just got back - I ventured out of the house to do some food shopping - I bought 2 pizzas, tortilla chips and other stuff to eat.

I'm having one pizza now and the other one for midnight - I also got a cheap bottle of bubbly for New Year and I got lagers to Large too.

Yeh, it's all going on in my house tonight.

It's amazing the effect that food can have on me - one minute I have my head in a noose - next minute I'm stroking the oven with my thigh.

Oooh.

Plus the pizzas only take 15 mins to cook. Plus, check the weight of them - 550grams. Yeh - over half a kilo - I got 2 of them - they were 2 for £4.00 in Tescos - that's a self-touching bargain if you ask me.

w00p, also a happy new year from and in the low lands!

lol. I used to go out but now I've got kids and getting a babysitter on new year's eve = not easy.

You've got cupboards haven't you? Use them. ;)

I've decided to stay up late tonight.

I may stay up to circa 2.30 - 3.00AM.

I'll hang about here until after 12 then I shall play computer games for a couple of hours. I'll have my second pizza too.

I just let off a few party poppers and I am now sort of dancing.

I got 30 party poppers and I am Larging. They were £1.00 for a box of 30.

I like the way they say on the base 'point away from face' - good job they mention that - I might become confused in the excitement.

I fancy some sweeties, but haven't got any. I got plenty of chocolate, pate, bread and cheese - but I want sweeties.

Still, these party poppers look like big jelly sweeties - I got green, red, blue and yellow ones.

Actually, I quite liked 1998 - I had a birthday that year.

I found something interesting to do with a party popper.

Pop it - then immediately blow into the base - it squirts a puff of smoke out of the end where you pull the string.

I quite like this.

Done a new year party sobre, very enjoyable, I was the 'desginated' driver up till about 1am, only fair my wife's done the fair share of taxiing over the festive. Made up for it now with a few stellas, potato chips and dip blah.
