Two of the 'Sticky' threads are gone.

The 'sticky' which banned Off Topic posts is gone.

The 'sticky' that banned personal attacks is gone - however, the remaining 'sticky' pretty much covers this. So no rushing into personal attacks.

Now, this is sort of (by a technicality) bringing Off Topic back again. However, don't rush and abuse this - I just noticed it.

Just keep things ticking over and not abuse this or create any threads that are just asking for deletion by default - no arguing (unless it is mild and friendly).

Hmmm.... Don't know if it's still banned or not.
But I don't come here that often, so I guess I don't care that much.

However, Indie's 'drunken' post still gotz zapped, so I guess the same rules are still in place. :/

Come to think of it - my thread about me appearing in 'cower.parse' was deleted - that was programming stuff and also Blitz-related as I was in it. However, they may have deleted it as it linked to "Noel Cower's" site.

Dunno.

Still, I rather like the idea of me being in charge until New Year. I'm going to crack open a tub of Pringles.

What about new users? There is now nothing to say they cannot post Off Topic stuff. One of those stickies said that it had to be computer/programming/technical related (something like that).

We need a volunteer to post an 'It's my birthday' thread and see if it gets deleted. They have been deleted for must be about a year now.

Having said that, nobody probably even reads the forum descriptions - well, except the 'noobs' - but we are hardcore - we are the collective Large - we read nothing, except notice when sticky stuff dissapears.

All sticky topics should just simply be replaced with DO SOME WORK! You can't get any more self explanatory and common sense than that.

Ah, "CodeD" - you have not been around much recently. "Noely" appears to be on a life-time ban. I don't know too much about it, but I did find things on his site - I won't say more than that as (technically) it is old news around here - this happened some months ago.

That's a travesty. Noel helped build this place.

It was quite funny for a bit, cos noel was editing his image links, so you could still ask him something, and the anwser would appear in a grphics image.

Think he posted a picture of a cat, or something, to get a life ban. Go figure. :/
