I desperately want to play Battlefield 2, but the docs for Boot Camp say I must use a single disc Windows disc with SP2 included, rather than an original disc and then patch it up! So I get penalised for having genuinely gone out and bought Windows XP early on... Is there anything I can do about this without buying Windows again?

Take a look down that thread... apparently you can make an XP sp2 CD with what you have. That was just a quick Google no idea if it works.
