to sell or to licence

It's a while away yet, selling my software, but if you are going to sell software what do you think about:

Selling the full product to individuals, but licencing it to 'groups' ?

you shouldnt do individual licenses.
i would reccomend two licenses: one for free use, and one for commercial use (with different prices)

Depends on the product, and your taget market segment.
