Nah, one nuke can take care of everything... looks pretty horrible if you want my honest opinion! Is this rented apartment or did you actually bought it? :)

Anyhow, as long as it's standing up straight I'm sure it would be pretty interesting to improve on.
Sort of like making an operating system not suck, except that there's actually a really good piece of cheese at the other end :)

Filax don't forget to make a lot of photos before you start fixing it. May be useful for some kind of post industrial level design.

You should remove the ladder in front of the window, because of Puki's night activities.

This is looking very inspiring to me. I love to sit inside a ruin and code games. Probably it's the discrepancy between real and virtual world.
