$11 for 10 tracks? Why are you selling these so cheap? Sounds wierd but it kind of puts me off a bit (i.e what's the catch?) - also at such a low price, there's the risk of over-saturation (tracks losing their uniqueness by being used by too many people).

You could charge double that *per track* for a non-exclusive royalty free licence. Which brings me to the lack of licence agreement. What are the terms of use?

I'm not 'nay-saying'.. I'm geniunely interested in buying music for projects, so hopefully the above points will make sense.

My 2p ;)

Yeah, some people charge $3 a track!

I dont use much music in my proggys, though at the moment, I'm looking for some casino sounds/music and probably willing to pay up to $5 for music (per track), maybe $15-$30 for a collection of sounds!

Hi

This price is only on offer price for a few days. The pack will then rise to $29. We just wanted to test the water with a new genre styled pack.

i know only too well, how much i could charge each for these, as i am a professional musician by trade signed to many record labels for the last 15 years.

I have been toying with the idea, of making a pack, and providing some kind of auction facility, although that doesnt sound a nice word. But basically, i would be to write a music pack, and the first person to bid, gets the pack exclusively - something along those lines. Any ideas from you about this wouold be helpful.

As to the licensing terms, i realise i havent put the licensing page up, but when purchasing you do have to adhere to the rules, which are basically.. you are allowed to use these tracks in your projects, royalty free as long as you mention arteria in the game credits.

@ dabz

I do smile myself sometimes, the cheap prices i charge, and the point raised from cicero about over saturatiion putting people off is a very very valid point indeed.

As a pro musician, i charge a record company no less than £600 per music track i get signed, and then get at least an 18% royalty and 505 publishing, but through my love of what i do with arteria, i can bring amazing cheap prices to you guys
