Firefox and Thunderbird problem

After installing FF2 when I click on email links in TB I am no longer taken to the page automatically in FF. I have to manually copy and paste it into my browser. Is this a known issue when using FF2 with TB1.5? It always used to work.

Yes, Firefox is set to default. When clicking on links neither browser opens at all, not IE or FF.
