Realtime raytraced graphics

Could you use a raytracing card to get realtime graphics?

which raytracing card are you referring to?

as far as I know, there's no mass produced ray tracing cards out there?

this company makes them, they have been around for a couple of years at least

Maya, 3dsmax and 3D Studio VIZ.

I guess its only an accelerator for 3D design / render packages.
