BlitzPlus serial code trouble

I purchased BlitzPlus back in early March, of '06, and I didn't save the serial code. Now, I want the updates, but Blitz won't let me get them, and I e-mailed them about this, but they never replied. Any help?

Why didn't you just register it straight away?

Which email did you use, how long ago and how many times did you try?

And last but not least: Where did you buy it?

If you registred your BUID with your account back then, check out Account - Product Updates. You don't need the BUID anymore after adding it to your account.

If you didn't register it, you will need your payment recipe to proof your buy I fear. (assuming you bought it through www.blitzbasic.com, not from someone else selling it. In that case you are most likely out of luck)

He must be legit as he was over at CW before coming here as a new user.

Daniel, what address did you send from, and to which address was it sent (and when)? I've searched my in-box for the address in your profile but I don't have anything. Please email me via support@... . If you've lost proof of purchase I can query this with ShareIt, so please let me know which email address was used to purchase it.
