A shourtcut to my problem

I'm trying to make a custom installer program, but I don't know how to make a shortcut. I can't find a page anywhere that'll help me, so I'm countin on you guys.

The first thing I will do to help you is to tell you to modify your sig. In it's current state it is unacceptable for the forum.
