Test Blitz Commercial

Hi Guys,
I have a temp video set up on you tube. Any part of this may and can change. Any idea, suggestions, or tips are welcome. I set it up, to show my idea of this commercial. The vids clips were given permission to me. But at the moment, I do not have permission for the pics or music. Anybody who has their pics shown, and would like me to remove it, let me know. Again, this is a sample. Its not even close to finished yet. If anybody has music very similar to what I have, and would like me to use it let me know. And if you want pics or vids of yours, shown in this commercial, let me know. Here is the URL:

Ya, the vid is in its creation stage. It took approx an hour to get that far. So that why the vid is only 45 seconds at the moment. Yes, title help would be nice. I have an old program that helped me do it, and was hopeing for improvement there. For Mazgui, I would love to put it in the commercial since it is a part of Blitz. I just have to investigate where I can find good clips and vids for it. And I'll talk to squashy about it. Thanks bradford6, your input is greatly appriciated.Thanks again.

Just got another tip on it. The suggestion was to use Blitz colors such as, Green from manual, and Blue for logo's. The red will have to go.

yep, trying to get as many different styles as possible. Even though I choose military games, doesnt mean I make a whole commercial on what I like. I think billiards was a great way of changing the normal video idea concept. I have somebody getting some naked wars this weekend, so I can show that as well. Im also looking for as many different sports as possible. But billiards kind of took me by surprise while searching, so I grabbed it. That was OK right?

Oooh, this is so exciting - I'll have to buy this Blitz3D thing.

As soon as this is done you can move onto phase 2.

Phase 2 is interviewing Blitzers (via video footage) - you send Blitzers written questions - they use a web/video cam to record themselves answering questions (they can answer questions you never asked if the want) - they then send the video footage back to you - then you video yourself asking the questions (in relation to what they have supplied), you then edit these bits into a new feature-length video.

Right, that's that sorted.

Just updated it. Check the URL above. The URL and Vid changed. Im also in the process of getting the music shortened a little. It fades out in a shortened Commercial vid. Check that URL above 2. Not sure if its working yet, Its taking a month of Sundays to get youtube to get it going.

Ok, smaller version up and running. But when youi check it out, look at the horrible quality loss. It doesnt look anything like that on my computer creating it. Any ideas on how I can keep great quality uploading to youtube?

Thanks guys. as soon as I have the Blitzer over at devcrunch, go to his uncles this weekend to tape some footage, I'll have more to work with.

OK, I now have a second spot to put the vid. Notice it looks a little better. Im actually kind of lost where I should put the final commercial when its done and complete. The whole idea of having this commercial was to show how great Blitz lookes etc. If it looks poopy, then I'm wasting my time. But, in the mean time, here is another site I put the commercial, let me know which one looks better.

The myspace one is much better obviously, you can see what's going on. YouTube video always looks very 1kps.

I know. Thats the prob. If the commercial is finished, and Blitz wants to link it to this site, its going to send people away. Something I dont want to do. I have rolamee000, getting some footage for me this weekend. He said hes going to get it on his site, and hopefully it will have better quality. I hope. Boy do I hope.

Thank you Rook Z. It looks great. And I didnt intentionaly, make it look American. I can only do something I know..being American. How are commercials non-American? My idea was to express Blitz with a little of exitement. Thats what drove to make it look the way it does. Like Ive said all along, any idea, suggestions, or help would be great. So far Ive gotten some great help and suggestions. Those that wait till its done, to say something, will go unheard. Not to be mean, just letting those who say nothing, to not hesitate till AFTER its done. If anybody would like to help, my ears and mind are open. :)
