I am looking for a way that the mic can record you and return a string of what you just said. In essense, voice recgonition. Any such thing been invented for B+ yet?

No idea. You may want to research the professional voice to text apps like Dragon Naturally Speaking etc. and see if you can get info regarding how they did it.
