Linux mpeg decoder TEST

Hi Guys

Here again, this time ive now wrapped a linux version of mpeg2dec, Theres 2 examples included.

this realy is a test to see if the .mpeg decodes and display's correctly, Ive included a file requester to test other .mpeg1, .mpeg2 files.

please note to test small video's, this decoder would be great for cut-scenes.
