Grabbing a single file or two for BMax

Is there any way to selectively download the most up to data version of a single file or two. Or, for that matter, is there some way I can get syncmods to redownload all of the modules.

I went a tampering and messed something up good and now it's saying it can't compile a file I didn't even touch. I'd rather not reinstall if I don't have to.

Syncmods replaces anything that's missing. If you've FUBAR'ed a module ( been there, done that! ) delete the contents of the module folder and syncmods.
