I made a pop filter using one of these:

And some nylons, by stretching the nylons over it.
I found that 4 layers of material gave a much better sound than without anything between me and the mic.
But pop shield doesn't remove "clicks". It removes pops and wind noise from when you speak into a mic. A "click" is a high pitched sound that occurs over a few samples and is eaisly removed, while a "pop" (as referred to here), is far longer and unremovable with post processing.
