Haunted Overload

My sister and I attended the 13th best haunted house in America last night.

LAUGH! as you see the horrors that unfold!

Quake in FEAR! as you hear me laugh giddily like a schoolboy!

GAZE! at the nightvision capabilities of my camera!

SEE! me for the briefest of moments without my zombie makeup on!

The actual walkthrough starts at 3:00 in. Several of the areas, like the one with the hanging pillow cases were actually pitch black and I was only able to navigate with the camera's viewfinder, so that's why I look at walls quite a bit there. I'm also checking for people who plan to grab me in the darkness. :-)

Anyway, the place was awesomely decorated. I'll post some color photos of the ourside of it shortly. I've never been to a haunted house before (just a haunted hayride a few weeks ago) so I don't have anything to compare it to, but everyone there including my sister and I seemed to love it.

The highlight of the place is a ten foot wide pumpkin they have attached to the front of the house with a smoke machine and lights inside of it. The smoke rises out of the eyes and is split by the eyelashes and just looked awesome. Couldn't really capture the true awesomeness of it on video or in photos though. The chainsaw guy that runs around is also a highlight. Keeps people in the line from being bored seeing little kids and teenage girls being chased around by the guy. :-)

What a loud chainsaw! lol

I'll take a look at this later.

Every man should own a chainsaw.

Here's a link to the photos I took while there:
