Your artwork looks cool, good luck with Archon2160, the original C64 game was a classic. Shame I don't do 3D games at the moment. Next year I'll be looking to put together a team for some new games...maybe then...
Please hold that tought.
I understand that you also are a "finisher" and would love to take part of what you're planning.
OK, will do thanks. "finisher" it's pretty much the highest compliment on this board :-o
Dont know if I posted in right forumsection but there is no "Help wanted" section in here...
I thought that there would be SOME programmers out there that would love not to care so much about the visuals and focus on the coding.
Also I think joining up is a good way to stay focused and dedicated to a project after the first enthusiasm has disappeared.
Would you be willing to relocate to Odense, Denmark?
Nah, I got my family, house and job here in Sweden and as this is still not my main income I am only interested in an online partnership (unless you do live nearby)
Sorry. In my experience online development teams rarely work out. Neither do hobbyist projects.
Flameduck: I think you are surrounded by proof otherwise. At least I have a couple of projects in my luggage that worked out. Most people in here that create games in the indiescene do actually have other daytime jobs.
I think you are surrounded by proof otherwise.
While you are of course entitled to your opinion, I would say that the evidence supports my position. Sure you can find individual games that do make it, but the majority of started games and other online projects are never finished.
80% of a game is done in the last 20% of developmenttime/motivation.
Ok back to topic.
I'm still looking for a partner to create mediumsized highquality games with.

Kan du göra 3d grafik?
Jag tror vi kan samarbeta om det var din art där uppe i din annons. Har du mer exempel jag kan kolla på?
Obviously I thought that there should be some programmers out there curious about teaming up.
Obviously I was pretty wrong.
guess it's all about working alone with this one.
AJirenius,
Are you at all interested in 2d games? If thats not an issue, I'd really like to talk to you more about this.
Obviously I thought that there should be some programmers out there curious about teaming up.
There were. You declined.
AJirenius, do you mind to work with someone whos in Japan?
AJirenius:
You probably aren't on the outlook for a composer I bet (all styles, but mainly orchestral).. :P But just in case .. only nagpoint is that I certainly won't work for free. (And I won't have much time until 2007 anyway)
Please send me a mail regarding what you all expect in such a partnership and what your earlier experience in gamedeveloping might be.
Thanks for answering.
CS_TBL: Thanks for answering. I probably will not need it as I am a composer myself having a pro. recording studio in my daytime job. This is mainly searching for a general dev-partner (art/programming)
Not to go too much off topic, but my current game (which is now done) was made with an online colaboration, and so was Easter Bonus, and so will my next game be. It is possible as long as the team is good and the leader is focussed.
