PES 6 vs WE 10

A few months ago i posted here saying how rubbish Winning eleven 10 was, but the english version, Pro evolution soccer 6 has been completely changed. they have sorted out all the negative things i sad about the jap version. i would now say its the best football game again.

Why bother? Not when you can wait for the 'new and improved' Fifa 2008.

pes6 is awesome, have played it tonnes since it's release, they hav really improved the gameplay.

fifa 2007 is the best fifa yet and its quite fun, but its no PES yet and theres something not quite right about the way it plays. PES is the best i dont know why they always release a version in japan the really poor then 6 months later release a much better updated verion over here. football fans in japan must be really pissed. although i like the name "Winning eleven" more. i guess because i hate scoccer its football! i know it was called soccor even in england when the game was first played but we call it football now ! american football is more like handball if you ask me.

The only way any of the above mentioned games could be considered good would be if they removed the football/soccer from them. Football sucks.

Actually it was called football first. It's believed, though not known for sure either way that Soccer is an abbreviation of Football's full name, Association Football. Don't forget that when the name Soccer first appeared it was spelt Socca or Soca, as in asSOCiAition football. Just like Rugby Football eventually became known as just Rugby for short.

Away from the history lesson I hate PES6, it's even worse than PES5 in some ways. I hate the way how a full decade after the event of analogue control PES still includes movement in only eight directions. My friend hit the nail on the head perfectly when he termed the name 'cybotic' to describe how PES controls.

makepool i guess you dont like PES then, oh well. i love it. i only really play 2 vs 2 most of the time because ive got to admit the AI is rubbish.
