I have created a second Admin account on my PC and I want to install software on that account only and not have the software active on the first Admin account....is this possible?

No option for single user comes up, SpySweeper is the app I want to install.
It depends on what you want to do -- is it just a matter that you don't want to launch the program automatically, or do you want them to prevent from launch it at all?
If you just don't want to start automatically, it should just be a matter of logging in as the 1st admin and removing any startup-menu or registry launches for that specific profile.
If you want to lock them out from being able to run the program at all, then I think the only way to do that is to explicitely deny read/write/execute acess to the folder for the first admin account.
However, since the other account *is* an admin, it always has the ability to take ownership of the folder in question and reset the access permissions on its own again... Nothing you can do about that, I'm afraid.
After all, the whole *point* of an administrator account is that it has full access to the system.

Thanks xlsior, ideally I would set up a normal account and install it on that but it appears I can only install stuff on an Admin account.
