The last two weeks, I noticed my e-mail was acting kind of strange. I was getting replies back that I never sent on the first place. Questions to software companies were letting me know the status of something I knew nothing of. And at the end of last week, I finally had enough of the non-stop unknown e-mail people. Somebody knew my password and username on my e-mail account. I replied to some of the weird and strange e-mails, asking what was going on and why is my e-mail being used. They finally sent me the info. I guess to what I understand is, this was happening, but not by a human, but a worm. This worm can attach an e-mail, get downloaded, and find a cosy spot on your computer silently. What it does is, it acts human by grabbing info off your computer, and then sends out requests, asks questions, replies to people you never heard of. Well long story short (too late) I was told to update my virus/worm program. As a twist, my AVG still doesn't know about it, after an update. Does anybody know anything about this worm? How do I get rid of it? The only thing I know, is it collects info off comp and starts to act semi-human. And you get it by e-mails. The only way you might know you have it, is by a good worm/virus program, or strange e-mails from people answering you back on mail you never sent in the first place. Trooper Dave
