Very interesting link that a colleague sent me today. I speculate this will be one of the next "big" concepts to enter our industry within the next couple years.

I've heard rumors that a very influential software company is working on this concept for servers.

Oh this is nothing new RocketGnome. I've been working with this tech for nearly 3 years now. Virtualisation (be it hardware or software) is here and it's here to stay. Oh, and MS bought this technology, our company has implemented Softricity as a product for 2 years now.
