Defringe.exe

In order to stop white outlines appearing on my PNGs I was using this great little program that was hosted here:

Unfortunately I recently formatted my hard disk and lost the program, now this link doesn't work. Does anyone know of another way to get this file? Or another way around the white outlines?

Is this the same program?
