How to Set up Paypal/Share it on your very own web
Miscellaneous Forums/General Discussion/How to Set up Paypal/Share it on your very own web Erm.. you sign up and follow instructions. ShareIt has a big ole control panel with help for pretty much everything. All the links you'll need are in there waiting for you, and PayPal has the PayPal button creator in Merchant Tools. There's not really anything else to it.
If there's something specific, ask.

..thanks Gabe..
Naughty,
we use ShareIt and the integration is very easy. Still waiting to hear from you I get parametric deformations exported from MAX!

..I'm sorry for delay..somethings wrong with my gmail account..I just now received email from Mark regarding ashadow library, even I was pretty sure inbox was empty every time I check it over..I'll prepare simple tutorial for how to do things inclusive blending in to keyframes and export trough Qtip whats working great..
Shareit is easy if you set yourself up as an "author" and follow their instructions (they make links for you). I haven;t done Paypal yet, only a donate button. Problem is Paypal probably can't auto generate keys and send them for you, whereas shareit can.

This is true, they can't. They do have some kind of back-end mechanism, so I think you could set up a script on your site and then have PayPal hit the script when a sale goes through, but I don't know any web-scripting languages so I'm not sure how much work that is or how tricky. I think we still handle PayPal transactions manually, although the only ones I generally do are the wrapper ones where people are a little more used to waiting a few hours.
yeah the Paypal donate is fine for my framework where people wait, but for games it would be lame. The scripting thing sounds interesting but I'm not skilled enough to know how to do it.
