Combine multiple icons in one file?

Hiya, anyone know how to combine multiple icon sizes (e.g. 16, 32, 48) into a single icon file or resource? Most of the icon editos I've seen only let you make one size, but you need to be able to combine several sizes for it to work in XP properly.

Can anyone recommend any decent free apps? I've used Imagicon before, and it's good but it doesn't let you combine several in one file. Plus the icons I want to combine are full 32-bit (24 bit RGB + 8 bit alpha) icons.

Yeah Iconworkshop is the one, it can create .icns for MAC support also.

hmm, cool thanks. Although see my other thread. It seems like I don't really need multiple icons (it's nice but not essential) as my main problem is some kinda BMax unsupported windowed mode bug.
