blitzmax book

did anyone buy the blitzmax book by sloane kelly, i was interested in what you guys who have read it, new or not thought about it, for someone new to blitzmax

also whats going on with the blitz3d book?

I have ordered the blitzmax book but am stiil awaiting delivery. I've been told next week.
