Theres also one like your first image (you need a small j!) supplied with (i think) cartography shop but i think you may need own a copy.

I just made one, using the new DDS interpoated ouline features, wait a minute...
(Nevertheless, fine structures (and these fences usually are scaled finely) tend to vanish in distance due to mipmapping artefacts. So when you turn on full mipmapping in the Cards settings, you may see popin fences. It may or may not help to use flag 256).

But right now it seems to be I blured the outline a little too much. You may want to lower the alpha on the outline, so the wire will become a little more bold/substancial and therefor stop vanishing as mentioned.
