Very pleased with this. It's creating a lot of interest too.
The best thing is that the game is reviewed alongside side bug budget "AAA" games like The Godfather etc. It's not in a separate indie section.

I've been playing regularly for 2 months now, and it just gets better and better as time goes on and my skill level goes up.

Perfect example of what is possible with Blitz3d.

this is something like Schorched Earth...of course 3D but, gameplay is pretty much same..nice game..
I don't see any similarity with Scorched Earth \ Worms other than it being turn based and having a destructible landscape. There's no trial-an-error aiming, no death (all units remain active throughout the game), no realtime elements at all etc.
It's closer to a board game or Tactics game. On the surface it's probably most similar to Advance Wars but once you get into the game you'll realise it's very different.

I love it! It's brilliant, and it easily deserves the 8/10 score, even 9/10 would be fair. It could have a bit sharper presentation, but the gameplay is excellent. This from someone who hates strategy games and chess.

Hi John - I'm downloading the game now am quite interested in seeing how it plays (I've played other turn based email strategies like the Combat Mission series), hopefully I can convince some of my other wargaming friends to give it a try.

That's actually more than me (not counting dev time).
We've just passed the 25,000 turn mark. Those are spread across 1700 separate games. Still early days though, traffic is growing steadily.
