pre-ordering on play.com

if I pre-order a game on play, will I get it on the release date or they day after?

I believe they ship it on release - so the day after.

They generally ship several days before release. You normally get it on the day of release, but it can be a day or two earlier or later.

I use play quite a bit, and all I can say is 'it depends' ;)
Most of the time it's on the day, or the day after.I got my DSlite 2 days early though.

If you pre-ordered an xbox360, it was months after.
